I would like to order used boxes, but I am worried about quality
All of our used boxes are sorted and graded to a very high standard. Some may have labels or tape attached but all are clean, tidy and certainly reusable. Relax and enjoy the considerable cost savings.
Can I order by telephone?
Yes, our offices are open from 7.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursdays and 7.00am to 4.00pm on a Friday.
What is the smallest order I can place with you?
There is no minimum value for orders placed online however you will need to order in the quantities available for each item i.e. pallet, half pallet, quarter pallet or pack quantities.
Can I get a discount on larger orders?
Where discounts are available a “Bulk” price will be displayed. If you are planning to order even larger quantities than those advertised give us a call to discuss further.
Can I collect my order?
Yes but place your order by telephone first, all orders placed online are for delivery only. Our minimum order for collection is £150.00 plus VAT. Our warehouse is open from 7.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursdays and 7.00am to 4.00pm on a Friday. You must arrive no later than one hour before closing. To avoid delays call us with an approximate collection time.
Can I make changes to my order?
Yes, but we pick and dispatch most orders within two hours of receipt so you’ll have to be quick! Unfortunately, once we have picked and packed your order, it cannot be amended.
I ordered in error. Can I return my order?
Yes, no problem provided you return the order to us within fourteen days of invoice date at your cost. Provided the goods are unused and undamaged we will provide a full refund (excluding delivery charges) but you must contact us before returning goods. Please note that we do not accept returns after fourteen days.
How can I pay for my order?
If you are ordering online we take all major credit and debit cards via our secure server. If you are collecting we accept all major credit cards and debit cards as well as cash.
How do I get my VAT invoice?
When we dispatch your order we will email it to you. If we do not have an email address we will post it to the billing address you entered when you placed your order.
When will my order be dispatched?
As long as we have stock we will despatch on the same day provided you order before 2.00pm, orders received after 2.00pm with be despatched the next day. Orders placed during a weekend or over a holiday period will be despatched on the next working day. If we have stock shortages or delivery issues we will contact you to discuss alternatives.
Is delivery free?
Many orders qualify for free delivery but the easiest way to check is to enter the postcode of your delivery address into the “Free Delivery” checker which appears on all product pages and in the order cart.
When will I get my delivery?
Orders qualifying for free delivery will arrive within five working days however you can select a next day service or an economy service (2 to 3 days). Our carriers deliver between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Deliveries to some UK destinations and the Republic of Ireland usually take a bit longer as our carriers does not operate a standard service to these areas. If a delivery option does not exist for your postcode call us to discuss delivery options. We deliver Monday to Friday.
Can I track my order?
Unfortunately not but give us a call and we will contact our carriers for an estimated time of arrival.
Who will be delivering my order?
Many orders are delivered using our own fleet of trucks but we do use carriers too.
Will I need to sign for my delivery?
You will need to sign for your order and it is important to check the contents before doing so. You must make sure someone is available to receive your order which will arrive between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Failure to accept your order will lead to additional re-delivery charges.
What do I do if I receive broken or damaged items?
If you notice your order is damaged as it is being delivered simply refuse to accept it. Our carriers will advise us that you have refused delivery, we will then dispatch replacement goods. If you discover damage after delivery you must advise us immediately and provide photographic evidence wherever possible. From there we will issue you with a complaint number. The complaint number must be quoted in all future correspondence.
What do I do if items are missing?
Please check your order carefully on receipt to ensure everything is there and only sign if you are happy you have received everything you should have. It is more difficult to process a claim for missing items if a signature of receipt has been provided. If you discover that items are missing call us immediately and we will investigate. From there we will issue you with a complaint number. The complaint number must be quoted in all future correspondence.
