Delivery Information
There are several delivery options which are determined by order value and location. For many orders we will deliver free of charge on our own fleet of vehicles, where that is not possible we will ship by pallet carrier or parcel couriers.
The 'free delivery postcode checker' at the bottom of this page and every product page will show you the per pallet carriage costs as well as the minimum order for free delivery.

CHRISTMAS INFORMATION
We will be closing at 3pm on Friday 20th December and re-opening on Thursday 2nd January.
FREE DELIVERY: Order by 2pm on Friday 13th December to get your order before Christmas (if eligible - enter your postcode in the postcode checker at the bottom of this page to see minimum orders and availability of this service).
ECONOMY DELIVERY: Order by 2pm on Wednesday 18th December to get your order before Christmas
NEXT DAY DELIVERY: Order by 2pm on Thursday 19th December to get your order before Christmas.
COLLECTION: Friday 20th December is the last day for collection - this MUST be arranged with us in advance. Collections are strictly by appointment only.
Orders placed during our Christmas closure period will be despatched on Thursday 2nd January. This includes orders placed after 2pm on Thursday 19th December.

Free Delivery
Delivery is free when we ship on our own fleet of vehicles subject to order value and location. Enter the post code of your delivery address into the "Free Delivery" checker at the bottom of this page to see if you qualify.
Buy in Packs (where applicable e.g. adhesive tapes)
For orders over £100.00 delivery is free to most UK mainland addresses, for orders below £100.00 a standard delivery charge of £9.99 will be applied. Further charges may apply for deliveries to Highlands and Islands, please contact us for more information.
Our couriers deliver between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm so please make sure someone is available to accept the order between these hours. Our courier will attempt to deliver once, after this it is the customer's responsibility to rearrange the delivery or collect the order from the local depot. Failure to accept the order within two days of the first attempted delivery date will result in additional charges.
Buy in Pallets, Half Pallets or Quarter Pallets
Delivery charges apply to most orders for pallets. Enter the post code of your delivery address into the “Free Delivery” checker for details of our charges.
There are two main options for delivery: next working day or delivery within 2-3 working days. Our pallet carriers deliver between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm so please make sure someone is available to accept the delivery between these hours. If free delivery is an option for your order and postcode it will appear at checkout and may take up to 5 working days.
Any orders which cannot be delivered or are refused and are rescheduled for re-delivery at a later time, will be subject to an additional delivery charge.
Collection
Collection is available by appointment only, please call us in advance. If you are planning to collect you must arrive no later than one hour before closing, see the “Contact Us” page for our opening times.
The minimum order value for collection is £150.00+VAT, call for more details. Collections must be made in an appropriate vehicle; cars are not suitable.
Scotland, the Highlands, Ireland and Northern Ireland
Deliveries to Scotland and the Highlands may take up to 72 hours to arrive. For orders from Ireland and Northern Ireland please contact us first as you will need to arrange your own transport.
