This size cardboard box has always been popular with polythene bag makers or manufacturers of 'Poly Bags,' as known in the industry, but are a great size for many businesses. They are perfect for use as an outer box for packing plastic products. Reams of polythene bags are quite heavy and you'd be mistaken for thinking that you'd need to pack that type of product in a double wall, rather than a single wall box. To get the full use out of these cartons, we recommend you pack these boxes to their full capacity, with your products, or use void fill, such as packing paper or bubble wrap, if there are any air gaps. Not limited to poly bag packing, these can be used for a wide variety of products or items. They are not designed to carry substantial weight but packed effectively, to the brim, they are very useful.
